Stephanie Garcia

Associate

Stephanie Garcia is an associate attorney of Saikin Rosenberg who advises clients on an array of real estate and business transactions. Stephanie routinely assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial properties by drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, and deed restrictions and by performing title and survey reviews. In addition, she has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating retail, office, and industrial leases. Stephanie navigates complex matters with a practical approach; she focuses on getting deals done effectively and efficiently.

Before joining Saikin Rosenberg, Stephanie worked at WKPZ in their Real Estate group and prior to that at a boutique law firm in the Houston area, where she assisted with various corporate transactions and worked with high-growth companies facing complex business and regulatory issues.

Stephanie enjoys traveling with her husband, Daniel, and cheering on the Houston Astros.

Assisted purchaser in the acquisition of a $25.25 million shopping center in San Antonio, Texas.

Drafted and negotiated over twenty (20) retail and office leases for the landlord of a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in Houston, Texas.

Negotiated an industrial lease on behalf of a tenant for 15,000 square-foot premises in Sugar Land, Texas.
