When we launched our firm on May 1, 2025, we knew a couple things with certainty.
First, as Jim Collins wrote in Good to Great, success begins with “getting the right people on the bus.” We have done exactly that. Second, we knew that we were fully aligned in how we approach the practice of law and client service—hence the symbol for alignment that sits beside our firm name.
Seven months later, we may not have certainty on where the road will lead or how many more will ultimately join us, but we are certain what drives us: Commitment.

We now know that it was this commitment that inspired us to start Saikin Rosenberg, and it is the same commitment that continues to fuel our growth. We are dedicated to growing alongside our clients and meeting their needs—whether that means closing transactions smoothly and efficiently, refining our internal processes, or embracing new tools, technologies, and AI to enhance our practice.
Over the past seven months, this focus has enabled us to close nearly $700M in transactions and negotiate over 200 new leases. More importantly, it has shaped the way our attorneys and staff “show up” for our clients every single day. Without planning it, we have built—quite naturally—a culture of commitment at Saikin Rosenberg. Our goal is to nurture and strengthen that culture in the years ahead.
It is also important that we recognize your commitment to us. We are incredibly grateful to our clients and friends for their continued trust in us. Thank you all for your incredible support this year.
Our clients are not only business leaders but also community leaders, and just as our clients are committed to giving back to the community, so are we.
