Jonathan represents developers and investors in buying, selling, financing, owning, developing, leasing, and managing real estate in Texas and nationwide.  Jonathan also provides counsel in structuring the partnerships and joint ventures for the ownership of real estate assets. Jonathan has transactional experience involving all types of income-producing properties. 

Jonathan also serves as general counsel to a number of small businesses and family offices.
